We currently have 2 residents and 1 staff member positive with Influenza A.

We are closely monitoring all patients for signs and symptoms. 

We have report to public health and are following Public Health recommendations.

Community Care is in Outbreak per CDPH.

We currently have 35 residents and 14 staff members positive with COVID-19.

Community Care will continue to follow CDPH guidelines to keep our residents safe.

We currently have 6 residents and 3 staff members positive with COVID-19.

October 13, 2022

Community Care Center has received the Outbreak Clearance and we are now considered “Green”.

What does this mean?  

• Visitation

• Passes

• Groups in session

• Communal Dining

We respectfully request all visitation times be scheduled in advance with the Program Counselors to ensure visitation space in the assigned area.  We will continue to follow Public Health Guidelines which include all wearing proper PPE.  All passes MUST be requested 1 week prior to the pass day; this allows for preparation and testing of our residents prior to their outting/ pass.  

Food items may only be brought in on a family visits.  Any ordering of food is prohibited unless it is on a special occasion, for example a birthday.  

Community Care Center is committed to keeping residents and staff safe.  Please help us follow these guidelines.
